About This Role
This is a phone-heavy, relationship-driven role.

You will spend the majority of your day:
  • Speaking with patients who have already expressed interest (warm leads)
  • Building trust quickly
  • Guiding them toward scheduling their consultation

If you enjoy connecting with people, creating momentum, and helping others take action—this is a high-impact opportunity.

What You’ll Do
  • Build rapport with prospective patients over the phone within minutes
  • Guide patients through their options and confidently move them toward booking a consultation
  • Follow up consistently with patients who are considering treatment but haven’t scheduled yet
  • Understand where each patient is in their decision-making process and communicate accordingly
  • Track conversations and outcomes using internal systems
  • Hit and exceed daily/weekly performance goals (KPIs)
  • Collaborate with the team to improve conversion and patient experience
